摘要: 洋葱的生理活性物质和风味物质主要存在于洋葱精油中,本文总结了近年来洋葱精油的主要提取方法及其化学成分研究,并且介绍了洋葱精油的生物活性研究,展望了其发展趋势,为洋葱精油的进一步利用和深入研究提供了参考。

Abstract:

The physiologically active and flavorful substances of onion are mainly found in onion essential oil.This paper summarizes recent studies on the main extraction methods and chemical constituents of onion essential oil,and introduces the bioactivity research of onion essential oil,and forecasts its development trend,which provides a reference for the further utilization and in-depth research of onion essential oil.
