饲粮添加中药超微粉对蛋鸡抗氧化能力的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine superfine powder on the antioxidant ability of laying hens

摘要:

本文旨在研究饲粮添加中药超微粉对蛋鸡抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用43周龄的新杨黑羽蛋鸡576只,随机分为对照组、益母草组(LH)组、女贞子组(LF)、蒲公英组(TH)、LH+LF组、LH+TH组、LF+TH组、LH+LF+TH组,每组8个重复,每个重复9只。分别于试验第60 d和120 d采样,测定血浆和肝脏氧化-抗氧化指标以及肝脏抗氧化相关基因表达。结果表明:试验第60 d时,与对照组相比,LF组和LH+LF组血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平分别增加了10.48%和12.06%(P<0.05),LF+TH组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、GSH-PX和过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平以及超氧化物歧化酶-1(SOD-1)和CAT的mRNA表达量分别增加了111.76%、141.32%、140.48%、168.00%和140.00%(P<0.05),LH+LF+TH组肝脏GSH-PX和CAT水平以及SOD-1、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)和CAT的mRNA表达量分别增加了77.55%、76.19%、211.00%、80.00%和169.00%(P<0.05);与LH组和TH组相比,LF+TH组肝脏SOD水平分别增加了125.00%和53.19%(P<0.05);与LH+TH组相比,LH+LF组肝脏SOD-1的mRNA表达量增加了121.05%(P<0.05)。试验第120 d时,与对照组相比,LH+LF组、LF+TH组和LH+LF+TH组血浆SOD水平分别增加了22.44%、16.98%和17.84%(P<0.05),LH+LF组肝脏SOD、GSH-PX和CAT水平分别增加了38.46%、43.72%和36.73%(P<0.05),LF+TH组肝脏SOD和CAT水平分别增加了35.16%和46.94%(P<0.05),LH+LF+TH组肝脏SOD水平增加了54.95%(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加益母草、蒲公英和女贞子及其复方超微粉均可不同程度地增强蛋鸡的抗氧化能力,其中LH+LF组、LF+TH组和LH+LF+TH组的效果更佳。

Abstract:

This study determined the effect of dietary supplementing superfine powder of Chinese medicine on the antioxidant ability of laying hens.A total of 576 Xinyang black feather laying hens at 43 weeks of age were randomly divided into the control,Leonuri Herba (LH),Ligustri Lucidi Fructus (LF),Taraxaci Herba (TH),LH+LF,LH+TH,LF+TH,and LH+LF+TH groups,eight replicates per group and nine hens per replicate.At days 60 and 120 of the trial,the hens were sampled to determine the plasma and liver oxidant-antioxidant indexes,as well as the liver expression of antioxidant-related genes.The results showed that,at day 60 of the trial,compared with the control group,the plasma levels of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in LF and LH+LF groups increased by 10.48% and 12.06%,respectively (P<0.05);the liver levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD),GSH-Px,and catalase (CAT) and mRNA expression levels of SOD-1 and CAT in LF+TH group increased by 111.76%,141.32%,140.48%,168.00%,and 140.00%,respectively (P<0.05);the liver levels of GSH-Px and CAT and mRNA expression levels of SOD-1,GPX,and CAT in LH+LF+TH group increased by 77.55%,76.19%,211.00%,80.00%,and 169.00%,respectively (P<0.05).Compared with the LH and TH groups,the liver SOD level in LF+TH group increased by 125.00% and 53.19%,respectively (P<0.05).Compared with the LH+TH group,the liver mRNA expression level of SOD-1 in LH+LF group increased by 121.05% (P<0.05).At day 120 of the trial,compared with the control group,the plasma SOD level in LH+LF,LF+TH,and LH+LF+TH groups increased by 22.44%,16.98% and 17.84%,respectively (P<0.05).The liver SOD,GSH-PX,and CAT levels in LH+LF group increased by 38.46%,43.72%,and 36.73%,respectively (P<0.05).The liver SOD and CAT levels in LF+TH group increased by 35.16% and 46.94%,respectively (P<0.05).The liver SOD level in LH+LF+TH group increased by 54.95% (P<0.05).In conclusion,the single or compound superfine powder of LH,LF,and TH could improve the antioxidant ability of laying hens to some extent,among of which the LH+LF,LF+TH,and LH+LF+TH groups present stronger effects.
