Synthesis of chalcone analogues based on 2H-pyran-2-one and its antibacterial activity

摘要: 首次设计合成了8个以2H-吡喃-2-酮为基本结构的新型查尔酮类似物,并对系列化合物进行了抗菌活性研究,所选4种菌株为:金黄色葡萄球菌252、大肠杆菌25922、表皮葡萄球菌12228和及耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌。结果显示:该系列化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌 252有一定的选择性抑制作用,特别是化合物12h,抑制活性在所有化合物中相对较好,可作为先导化合物进行进一步的抗菌活性构效关系研究。

Abstract:

Eight novel chalcone analogues were designed and synthesized with 2H-pyran-2-one as the basic structure for the first time,and then were evaluated for their anti-bacterial activities against 4 strains,including Staphylococcus aureus 252,Escherichia coli 25922,Staphylococcus epidermidis 12228,and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.The results demonstrated that the series of compounds exhibited the moderate activity against S. aureus 252,especially compound 12h,which the inhibitory activity was relatively good among all compounds and could be the potential compound for future structure-activity relationship research as lead compound.
