摘要:

超临界流体萃取技术具有适应性广、分离工艺流程简单、萃取温度低和效率高等优点,在提取天然活性物质的应用上具有显著优势。植物精油作为重要的天然活性物质之一,主要由萜烯类和芳香族化合物组成,具有抑菌、抗氧化等生物活性。然而,精油中的多种有效成分因其热敏性、化学稳定性在传统提取方法下易被破坏,超临界流体萃取技术能够稳定成分,提高提取率。本文以植物精油的组成成分、含量及提取率等为指标,对蒸馏法和萃取法两大类提取精油的方法进行评述,分析其主要优缺点。详细介绍了超临界流体萃取技术在植物精油的应用情况,提出存在问题与解决办法,展望了该技术的发展前景,以期为其在植物精油的提取分离研究中提供理论参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

Supercritical fluid extraction technology offers numerous advantages,including wide adaptability,a simple separation process,low extraction temperature,and high efficiency.Plant essential oil,a natural active substance,primarily consists of terpenes and aromatic compounds,exhibits antibacterial and antioxidant activities.However,traditional extraction methods often destroy the effective components of essential oils due to their thermal sensitivity and chemical stability.Supercritical fluid extraction technology can stabilize these components and improve the extraction rate.This paper focuses on the composition,content,and extraction rate of essential oils,reviews and analyzes the two major methods of essential oil extraction:distillation and extraction.The advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed.The detailed application of supercritical fluid extraction technology in plant essential oils is described,along with proposed solutions to existing problems.Furthermore,the development prospects of this technology are envisioned,aiming to provide theoretical references and guidance for the study of extraction and separation of plant essential oils.
