平滑钩藤化学成分研究

摘要: 采用硅胶、MCI、RP18等色谱技术,对平滑钩藤(Uncaria laevigata)茎皮中的化学成分进行了较为系统的研究,共分离得到7个化合物,通过NMR、MS等波谱方法将其结构鉴定为:roxburghine B(1)、roxburghine C(2)、roxburghine D(3)、roxburghine X(4)、Uncarine CN (4)oxide(5)、(+)lyoniresinol 3αOβDglucoside(6)、()lyoniresinol3αOβDglucoside(7)。化合物5首次从该属植物中分离得到,其余化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Seven compounds were isolated from the stem barks of Uncaria laevigata by repeated column chromatography over silica gel,MCI and RP18.On the basis of NMR and MS spectroscopic analysis,their structures were identified as roxburghine B (1),roxburghine C (2),roxburghine D (3),roxburghine X (4),Uncarine CN (4)oxide (5),(+)lyoniresinol 3αOβDglucoside (6),()lyoniresinol 3αOβDglucoside (7),respectively.Compound 5 was obtained from this genus for the first time and all the other compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
