摘要: 为追踪中药(天然药物)活性成分(群),同时提高传统柱色谱的分离效率,课题组研制出一套组合式色谱柱。该装置由至少2根分离小柱组合而成,分离小柱间通过密封固定器上下连通,小柱的材质为石英玻璃,长度、数量可根据实际需要进行定制。该装置结构简单、易操作,可快速分离得该中药(天然药物)的各类成分(群),为基于“多组分,多靶点”的中药(天然药物)活性研究,方便快速地提供“多组分”。本文将该装置用于中药厚朴的成分分离与活性部位追踪,结合药效学实验,初筛得厚朴“下气除满”功效的活性部位。

Abstract: A combined column chromatography is developed which is assembled by at least two columns and one connector with the sealing rings.Each of the two tubes is linked by connector.The column is made of quartz glass.The length and quantity of the column can be adjusted according to different aims.The device is used for preliminary separation and active compounds tracking of Magnoliae officinalis Cortex in this study and active compounds have been screened by using this device.It could provide a new method for tracking active compounds of TCMs and Natural drugs.
