摘要: 多炔类化合物是广泛存在于自然界的一类天然产物,由于其独特的结构和药理活性,近年来引起了国内外化学家和生物学家的广泛关注。目前多炔类天然产物的研究多集中于1,3-二炔类化合物,该类天然产物具有多样性的结构和生物活性如抗癌、神经毒性、抗炎活性、免疫抑制活性等,但相关进展综述迄今尚未见报道。本文系统的综述了近年国内外对1,3-二炔类天然产物的合成及药理活性研究进展,以期为1,3-二炔类天然产物的开发和利用提供思路和方法。

Abstract: Polyacetylenes,a class of natural products,widely exist in the nature.Due to their unique structure and pharmacological activity,polyacetylenes have evoked a great deal of interest in chemists and biologists worldwide.Currently,the research of polyacetylenes mainly focused on 1,3-diyne natural products which possess diverse structural scaffold and biological activity such as anticancer,neurotoxicity,anti-inflammatory activity and immune inhibitory activity.However,the progressive review about 1,3-diyne natural products has not been reported so far.In this review,the research progress in recent years concerningthe synthesis and pharmacological activities of 1,3-diyne natural products was systematically summarized,in order to provide ideas and methods for the development and utilization of 1,3-diyne natural products.
