马蔺化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Review on Chemical Constituents of Irislactea Pall.var.Chinensis(Fisch.) Koidz and Their Pharmacological Effects

摘要: 马蔺在我国分布广泛,资源丰富,且是一种极有开发利用价值的药用植物。其化学成分主要为黄酮类、苯醌类及低聚茋类等。现代药理学研究表明,马蔺在放射增敏性、抗生育、增强免疫、抗癌等方面具有良好的活性。本文通过对马蔺的国内外研究文献进行查阅整理,总结其化学成分和主要药理作用,以期为马蔺的后续深入研究和应用提供理论参考。

Abstract: Irislactea Pall.var.Chinensis(Fisch.) Koidz,widely distributed in China,is rich in resources,and is a kind of medicinal plants with great utilization value.Its main chemical constituents include flavonoids,benzoquinones,oligostilbenes,etc.The study showed that I.lactea has a wide range of pharmacological activities,such as radio-sensitization,anti-fertility immunological,anticancer.In this study,through referring to the domestic and foreign relevant literatures on I.lactea systematically,the chemical composition,pharmacological activity of I.lactea were summarized,provided the reference for the further investigation and development of this plant.
