芪桑降糖方对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖及肝功能的影响

Effect of Qisang Hypoglycemic Formula on Blood Sugar and Liver Function of Type 2 Diabetic Mellitus Rats

摘要: 本文采用高糖高脂饲料联合低剂量的链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,研究不同剂量的芪桑降糖方(Q-S,1.0 g/kg和0.5 g/kg)对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖及肝功能的影响。结果显示,Q-S可明显降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、糖原磷酸化酶(GP)、丙二醛(MDA)及糖化血清蛋白(GSP)含量(P<0.01),提高胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及糖原合成酶(GS)活性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。这些结果表明,Q-S在降低糖尿病大鼠血糖的同时,还能有效地改善其肝功能。

Abstract: This study was performed to evaluate the influence of Qisang hypoglycemic formula (Q-S,1.0 g/kg and 0.5 g/kg) on blood glucose and liver function of type 2 diabetic mellitus rats induced by high-glucose-fat diet and low dose of STZ (35 mg/kg).The results showed that Q-S significantly decreased the levels of FBG,GP,ALT,AST,GSP and MDA compared with the diabetic mellitus model control group (P<0.01).Meanwhile,it was found that the levels of ISI,GS,SOD and GSH-PX were remarkably higher than that of the diabetic mellitus model control group (P<0.05, P<0.01).In conclusion,Q-S had an significant effect of lowering blood sugar on diabetic mellitus rats,and can improve the liver function simultaneously.
