烟草中总氮测定方法优化研究

摘要: 优化了用API连续流动分析仪测定烟草总氮的消化方法。称取0.1~0.2 g烟粉,用0.4 g CuSO4代替HgO作反应催化剂,加入3 g K2SO4和6.0 mL 浓H2SO4先于150  ℃下消化1 h,再于380  ℃下消化3 h,冷却至室温,用去离子水稀释,再用API连续流动分析仪进行分析。与行业标准方法比较,其测定结果与标准方法测定结果一致。结论是,可以用CuSO4代替HgO作催化剂来消化烟草样品测定烟草总氮。

Abstract: The conditions for determining total nitrogen in tobacco with API analyzer were optimized.0.1-0.2 g tobacco powder was digested with 0.4 g CuSO4,3 g  K2SO4,and 6.0 mL concentrated H2SO4 under 150 ℃ for one hour and then 380  ℃ for3 h,cooled to room temperature,diluted with ionfree water,and finally analyzed with the instrument.The results determined with the continuous flow analytical method were comparable with those of the standard one.The conclusion was that total nitrogen in tobacco could be determined with the continuous flow analytical method.
