摘要: 海洋微生物因其特殊的生存环境,使其具有独特的代谢途径和机体防御机制,从而能产生许多结构特殊、活性显著的化合物,被认为是最具开发前景的新药源。目前来源于海洋微生物的活性物质主要包括生物碱类、大环内酯类、肽类、甾体类、萜类、聚酮类、糖苷类等。本文综述了近年来从海洋放线菌、海洋真菌、海洋细菌以及海洋微藻中分离得到的具有生物活性的甾体化合物。

Abstract: Due to their special living environment,marine microbes have unique metabolic pathways and body defense mechanisms that can make them produce many compounds with special structures and remarkable bioactivity.Therefore,marine microbes are considered as the most promising drug source.The active substances derived from marine microorganisms mainly include alkaloids,macrolides,peptides,steroids,terpenes,polyketones,glycosides and the like.This article describes the bioactive steroidal compounds isolated from marine actinomycetes,marine fungi,marine bacteria,and marine microalgae.
