不同产地锁阳营养成分的测定与分析

摘要: 通过分析比较西北四大产地锁阳中主要营养成分及氨基酸组成的异同,以期为深入开发利用我国锁阳资源提供科学依据。本研究测定了锁阳中总糖、多糖、还原糖、蔗糖、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、灰分7种营养成分的含量以及17种氨基酸组成及其含量。结果表明,各产地锁阳中均含有较为丰富的多种营养成分以及全部的17种氨基酸,但不同产地锁阳中营养成分及氨基酸成分含量均存在较为明显的差异。四产地锁阳中总糖、还原糖和蛋白质含量均较高,总糖含量以青海、甘肃产地最高,蛋白质含量以新疆产地最高,还原糖含量以内蒙产地最高;各产地锁阳氨基酸总量达到9.31%~13.37%,必需氨基酸含量达到1.52%~2.12%。

Abstract: By analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences of the main nutrients and amino acid composition of C.songaricum in the four major producing areas in the northwest,it provides a scientific basis for the in-depth development and utilization of C.songaricum resources in China.In this study,the contents of seven kinds of nutrients,total amino acids,polysaccharides,reducing sugar,sucrose,crude fat,crude protein and ash,and the composition and content of 17 amino acids.The results showed that there were abundant nutrients and 17 kinds of amino acids in the C.songaricum of each producing area.However,there are significant differences in the content of nutrients and amino acids in C.songaricum from different habitats.The total sugar,reducing sugar and protein content of  C.songaricum in the four producing areas were higher,the total sugar content was highest in Qinghai and Gansu,the protein content was highest in Xinjiang,and the reducing sugar content was highest in Inner Mongolia.The total amino acid content of Cynomorium in each producing area reached 9.31%-13.37%,and the essential amino acid content reached 1.52%-2.12%.
