山茶叶子的化学成分及其抗氧化活性研究

摘要: 本文主要研究了山茶(Camellia japonica)叶子的化学成分。采用硅胶、ODS、MCI、Sephadex LH-20、Preparative HPLC等技术进行分离纯化,并结合多种波谱学方法进行化合物结构鉴定。从山茶叶子的乙醇提取物中分离得到了10个化合物,包括6个黄酮类,3个苯丙素类和1个单萜类化合物,分别为kaempferol(1)、quercetin(2)、quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucoside(3)、rutin(4)、saluenin(5)、quercetin 3-O-(6″-O-Galloyl)-β-galactoside(6)、honokiol(7)、magnolol(8)、dihydrosyringenin(9),loliolide(10)。化合物5为首次从山茶中分离得到,化合物6~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物910具有较好的抗氧化活性。

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the chemical constituents of the leaves of Camellia japonica.The compounds were isolated and purified by extensive means of chromatographic separation techniques,and their structures were elucidated by their physiochemical properties,NMR and MS spectroscopic data,as well as comparison with literature data.Ten compounds,including kaempferol (1),quercetin (2),quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucoside (3),rutin (4),saluenin (5),quercetin 3-O-(6″-O-Galloyl)-β-galactoside (6),honokiol (7),magnolol (8),dihydrosyringenin (9),loliolide (10),were isolated from the leaves of Camellia japonica. Among them,compound 5 were obtained from C. japonica for the first time.Compounds 6-10 were isolated from the genus of Camellia for the first time;Compounds 9 and 10 have good antioxidant activity.
