山楂叶标准汤剂指纹图谱及抗氧化活性谱效关系研究

摘要: 研究山楂叶标准汤剂HPLC指纹图谱及其抗氧化活性的相关谱效关系。本文采用HPLC测定16批不同产地山楂叶标准汤剂指纹图谱,DPPH自由基清除法和ABTS自由基清除法测定其体外抗氧化活性,灰关联度法研究不同产地山楂叶标准汤剂谱效关系。山楂叶标准汤剂18个共有峰抗氧化活性较高,且与清除自由基的关联度较高,关联系数均大于0.72,已知成分牡荆素葡萄糖苷的关联度最高。本文成功建立了山楂叶标准汤剂的指纹图谱及其抗氧化活性谱效关系,可用于山楂叶标准汤剂质量标准的有效控制。

Abstract:

To study the relationship between the HPLC fingerprint and the antioxidant activity of the hawthorn leaf standard decoction.In this paper,HPLC was used to determine the fingerprint of 16 batches of hawthorn leaf standard decoction from different producing areas,DPPH free radical scavenging method and ABTS free radical scavenging method were used to determine its antioxidant activity in vitro,and the spectrum effect relationship of hawthorn leaf standard decoction from different producing areas was studied by grey relational degree method.The results showed that hawthorn leaf standard decoction had good antioxidant activity,and the 18 common peaks of hawthorn leaf standard decoction had a high correlation with free radical scavenging,with the correlation coefficient higher than 0.72,the correlation of vitexin glucoside was the highest.In this paper,the fingerprint of hawthorn leaf standard decoction and its antioxidant activity spectral effect relationship were successfully established,which can be used to effectively control the quality standard of hawthorn leaf standard decoction.
