摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为了挖掘普洱生态烟叶特征性评价指标，构建简单、客观的评价方法，以普洱生态烟叶物理特性和常规化学成分主要指标为基础，以云南省内其他代表烟区烟叶为对照，采用主成分分析法（PCA）、偏最小二乘判别分析法（PLS-DA）及双样本t检验等统计方法联合应用进行普洱生态烟叶特征性评价指标的筛选及差异性分析。结果表明：筛选出叶面密度、抗张强度2个物理特性指标，总植物碱、氮碱比和钾离子3个常规化学指标作为普洱生态烟叶的特征性评价指标。差异性分析显示普洱生态烟叶叶面密度偏低，抗张强度偏小，总植物碱含量中等，氮碱比尤其是钾离子含量偏高。

Abstract:

In order to excavate the characteristic evaluation index of Pu'er ecological tobacco,at the same time,to establish a simple and objective evaluation method,the main indexes of physical properties and chemical compositions in Pu'er ecological tobacco were researched,the representative tobacco leaves from other areas of Yunnan Province were used as control groups.Principal component analysis (PCA),partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and double sample t test were used.And the same time,carry on the difference analysis.The results showed that leaf density,tensile strength,nicotine,nitrogen-alkali ratio and potassium ion were selected as the characteristic evaluation indexes of Pu'er ecological tobacco.The difference analysis showed that the leaf density of Pu'er ecological tobacco was low,the tensile strength was small,the content of nicotine was medium,and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine especially the content of potassium ion were high.
