摘要: 酰基辅酶A结合蛋白(ACBP)是一种重要的蛋白质,它能将新合成的脂肪酸从质体转运到内质网,并在内质网中以三酰基甘油的形式存在。本文综述了关于ACBP的结构特征和在抗抑郁、调节基因表达、控制肿瘤细胞增殖、参与脂肪细胞合成的相关研究,以及ACBP未来在生物医药的应用做了相关展望。

Abstract:

Acyl-CoA binding protein (ACBP) is an important protein,which can transport newly synthesized fatty acids from plastids to the endoplasmic reticulum and exist in the endoplasmic reticulum in the form of triacylglycerol.In this paper,the structural characteristics of ACBP and the related researches in anti-depression,regulation of gene expression,control of tumor cell proliferation,and involvement of ACBP in adipocyte synthesis are reviewed,and the future application of ACBP in biomedicine is also prospected.
