摘要:

为评价不同时期南丰蜜橘中黄酮类化合物成分含量与抗氧化活性的相关性,以南丰县产的南丰蜜橘为材料,建立了一种HPLC同时测定11种类黄酮的方法。采用DPPH法和ABTS法评价南丰蜜橘的抗氧化活性,建立了一种测定南丰蜜橘中黄酮类化合物含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC),该方法相对简单、高效。南丰蜜橘的果皮和果肉的黄酮成分和含量有很大的差异,通过相关性分析可以检测总黄酮、川陈皮素和橘皮素的含量并评价抗氧化活性。本研究为南丰蜜橘抗氧化活性提供实验依据,为其综合利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the correlation between flavonoid content and antioxidant activity in Nanfeng mandarin at different times,a method for simultaneous determination of 11 flavonoids by HPLC was established using Nanfeng mandarin from Nanfeng County as material.The antioxidant activity of Nanfeng Mandarin was evaluated by DPPH method and ABTS method,and a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determining the content of flavonoids in Nanfeng Mandarin was established,which was relatively simple and efficient.The flavonoid composition and content of the peel and pulp of Nanfeng mandarin were very different,and it was found that the content of total flavonoids,chuanchen retinin and hesperidin,and the antioxidant activity could be evaluated by correlation analysis.This study provides an experimental basis for the antioxidant activity of Nanfeng mandarin mandarin and provides a scientific basis for its comprehensive utilization.
