川党参产地初加工技术研究

Study on primary processing technology of Codonopsis tangshen roots

摘要:

为了在产地加工时控制川党参中药材的质量,本文通过考察加工方式、温度、失水、搓揉次数和药材等级因素,研究初加工工艺参数,并采用一测多评方法测定川党参初加工相关样品的有效成分的含量,制定了川党参初加工工艺。初加工工艺是冲洗、除去泥、沥干、加热,第一阶段:温度80 ℃,失水60%时,取出,按不同等级分类,分别“搓揉7次”,装盘,加热;第二阶段:温度60 ℃,烘至药材黄白色,约有褶皱,质地紧实,取出,以500 g或1 000 g 为一捆,抽真空塑封保存。

Abstract:

In order to control the quality of Codonopsis tangshen roots of the traditional Chinese medicine during processing in the production area,this paper studies the initial processing parameters by examining factors such as processing method,temperature,water loss,kneading frequency,and medicinal grade,also uses a one test multiple evaluation method to determine the content of effective ingredients in the samples related to the initial processing of C. tangshen roots,and formulates the preliminary processing technology of C. tangshen roots.The initial processing technology involves washing,removing mud,draining,and heating.In the first stage,the medicinal material is taken out,classified according to different levels at a temperature of 80 ℃ and the water loss of 60%,and kneaded seven times.The material is then placed on a plate and heated.In the second stage,the medicinal material is baked at a temperature of 60 ℃ until it turns yellow white,with wrinkles and a tight texture.It is then taken out and packaged in bundles of 500 g or 1 000 g,and stored under vacuum and plastic sealing.
