滇南蛇根草化学成分的研究

摘要: 采用柱色谱技术从药用植物滇南蛇根草Ophiorrhiza austroyunnanensis Lo.全草的甲醇提取物分离得到9个化合物,利用理化性质及波谱方法分别鉴定为?-谷甾醇(1)、β-豆甾醇(2)、β-胡萝卜苷(3)、白桦脂醇(4)、叶黄素(5)、东莨菪素(6)、熊果酸(7)、茜根酸-1-甲醚(8)和豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。

Abstract: This is the first report of the chemical constituents of Ophiorrhiza austroyunnanensis Lo., 9 compounds were isolated from the plant. The compounds were separated with column chromatography and their chemical structures were identified by physiochemical and spectral method respectively. They were β-sitosterol (1), β-stigmasterol (2), β-daucosterol (3), betulin (4), lutein (5), scopoletin (6), urosolic acid (7), ruberythric acid 1-methyl ether (8), β-stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (9). All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
