密枝瑚菌多糖提取工艺参数优化

Parameter Optimization of Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Ramaria stricta

摘要: 本文对密枝瑚菌多糖的测定方法和提取工艺参数进行了研究。结果表明,采用硫酸苯酚法测定密枝瑚菌多糖方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。在此基础上采取单因素实验和正交分析,得到密枝瑚菌多糖最佳提取工艺参数为料液比1:20,提取时间3 h,提取温度90 ℃。在此条件下,多糖提取率为2.23%。

Abstract: The extraction technological parameters and measuring method of polysaccharides in Ramaria stricta (Pers. : Fr.) Quél. were investigated. The results showed that the method of phenol-sulfurc acid was simple, accurate, high sensitivity, and good reproducibility for determining the content of polysaccharides in R. stricta. Based on the results of the single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum extraction condition for polysaccharides was obtained as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1:20, temperature 90 ℃, and extraction times 3.0 h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharides from R. stricta was 2.23%.
