珍珠菜的化学成分研究

摘要:

从珍珠菜(Lysimachia clethroides)根部分离得到8个化合物,通过波谱数据结合理化性质分别鉴定为山奈素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),山奈素-3-O-β-D-(2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),(+)-儿茶素(3),(–)-表儿茶素(4),(+)-没食子儿茶素(5),(–)-表没食子儿茶素(6),(E)-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)和2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:

Eight known compounds were isolated from the roots of Lysimachia clethroides. Their structures were elucidated as following based on spectral methods as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), kaempferol 3-O-β-D-(2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)glucopyranoside (2), (+)-catechin (3), (–)-epicatechin (4), (+)-gallocatechin(5), (–)-epigallocatechin (6), (E)-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8). All compounds were isolated for the first time from the roots of this plant.
