植物提取物对大豆疫霉菌抗菌活性的初步研究

Antibacterial Activities of the Plant Extracts against Phytophthora sojae

摘要:

采用Paper Disk法测定了云南省200种植物的提取物对大豆疫霉(Phytophthora sojae)的抑菌活性。结果表明,光叶合欢(Albizia lucidior)、白钩藤(Uncaria sessilifructus)及黄豆树(Albizia procera)的提取物在浓度为10 μg/μL时有较好的抗菌活性,而在2.5 μg/μL时只有黄豆树提取物显示出抗菌活性。并从黄豆树中分离出其抗菌的主要活性成分3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→6)-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranosyl] echinocystic acid。

Abstract:

Antibacterial activities of 200 kinds of plant extracts against Phytophthora sojae were tested by means of Paper Disk method. As a result,the extracts of Albizia lucidiorUncaria sessilifructus,and Albizia procera exhibited moderate inhibitory actions at the concentration of 10 μg/μL,while only the latter showed antibacterial activity at 2.5 μg/μL. Moreover,3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→6)-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranosyl] echinocystic acid,the main active ingredient was isolated from Albizia procera.
