大孔树脂——溶剂萃取法精制高色价栀子黄色素的集成技术研究

摘要:

以栀子为原料提取栀子黄色素,采用大孔吸附树脂——有机溶剂萃取相结合的集成技术,从栀子中分离纯化得到高色价的栀子黄色素。先采用大孔吸附树脂对栀子黄色素进行初步精制,以306型大孔吸附树脂为研究对象,探讨了大孔树脂对栀子黄色素的静态吸附率、吸附流速和洗脱剂浓度对吸附的影响,从而得到较为合适的工艺:吸附流速2.0 mL/min,用70%乙醇作洗脱剂,得到栀子黄色素较纯产品(色价为338,OD值为0.31)。上述较纯产品再用乙酸乙酯进一步萃取纯化,得到最佳萃取条件是萃取剂的用量为11:1,萃取时间为75 min,萃取次数为3次,萃取率为95.1%,在此条件下得到高纯度的栀子黄色素,其色价为402,OD值为0.192。

Abstract:

The extraction and purification of Gardenia Yellow from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis by coupling with macroporous adsorption resin and extraction of organic solvent technology were studied in this paper. Gardenia Yellow of high color value was yielded. Regarding 306 macroporous adsorption resin as the research object,the experiments on static adsorption rate of the resin,the flow rate on absorption,concentration of desorption on the behavior of the resin adsorption were investigated and the optimum parameters were obtained as follows: 2.0 mL/min as the flow rate on absorption,75% ethanol as the desorption. Under the conditions,the color value was 338 and OD value was 0.31. The product was purified by ethyl acetate following,and the optimal parameters of extraction were: dosage of extraction 11:1 and extraction time 75 min for 3 times,the extraction yield was 95.1%. Under the conditions,the color value and OD value was 402 and 0.192,respectively.
