藕节止血作用研究

Hemostatic Effect of the Node of Lotus Rhizome

摘要:

本实验通过测定毛细管凝血时间(CT)、剪尾法出血时间(BT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、优球蛋白溶解时间(ELT)等指标研究藕节醇提物及其不同极性段的体内止血作用。结果表明,藕节醇提物显著缩短小鼠CT、BT,显示很好的止血作用,可能是主要通过缩短APTT、PT,延长ELT来发挥上述作用的。在浸膏的不同极性部位中,乙酸乙酯组分各剂量组缩短小鼠CT、BT、APTT、PT、TT和延长ELT最为显著,其次是正丁醇组分。

Abstract:

This study investigated the hemostatic effect of ethanol extract and its four different polar fractions from the node of lotus rhizome in vivo by measuring coagulative time (CT), bleeding time (BT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), euglobulin lysis time (ELT) indexes, etc. The results showed that ethanol extract from the node of lotus rhizome could significantly shorten CT and BT of mice, and the excellent hemostatic effect may be mainly due to the shortening of APTT, PT and prolonging of ELT. Three different dosages of ethyl acetate fraction had the most significant effects on shortening CT, BT, APTT, PT, TT and prolonging ELT, and the next was n-butanol fraction.
