狭叶瓶尔小草化学成分的研究

摘要:

采用95%乙醇提取制备总浸膏,经萃取及柱层析法分离,波谱法鉴定结构,从川产狭叶瓶尔小草Ophioglossum thermale Kom.中分离得到7个已知化合物。分别为亚油酸(1)、三油酸甘油酯(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、正十五酸三甘油酯(4)、亚油酸甘油单酯(5)、3-甲氧基槲皮素(6)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(7)。7个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:

Seven known compounds were isolated from the Ophioglossum thermale Kom. by using silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified as linoleic acid (1), trielaidin (2), β-sitosterol (3), pentadecanoate triglyceride (4), monolinoleoyl glycerol (5), 3-methoxyquercetin (6), and 3,4-dihydroxybenzonic acid (7) by spectroscopic evidences. All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
