摘要:

利用各种常规色谱分离技术对竹黄(Shiraia bambusicola)干燥子实体的甲醇/氯仿(v:v=1:1)溶液中分离得到5个化合物。经波谱分析分别鉴定为竹红菌甲素(1)、竹红菌乙素(2)、竹红菌丙素(3)、竹红菌丁素(4)和macrosphelides A(5)。

Abstract:

Five compounds were isolated from the methanol/chloroform (v:v = 1:1) extract of the dry entity of Shiraia bambusicola by various column chromatography. They were identified as hypocrellin A (1), hypocrellin B (2), hypocrellin C (3), hypocrellin D (4), and macrosphelides A (5) on the basis of spectral data, respectively.
