摘要:
用高效液相色谱对摇瓶培养获得的19个虫草属菌株的菌丝体及胞外液中核苷类成分进行了分析比较。结果表明,菌丝体中含有的核苷种类较多,且不同菌株菌丝体核苷类成分含量差异显著,而胞外液中的核苷主要为虫草素。同时发现虫草素主要分泌到培养基中,胞外液虫草素的含量可比菌丝体中高出40倍。通过筛选,获得一株虫草素高产菌株,培养液中虫草素含量可达366 mg/L。
