摘要:

建立了中药直立白薇中对羟基苯乙酮和2,4-二羟基苯乙酮的HPLC含量测定方法。色谱条件为:ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm ? 250 mm,5 mm),流动相甲醇:0.1% 醋酸水溶液(35:65),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长275 nm。对羟基苯乙酮在1.04 ~ 104.00 ?g/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),2,4-二羟基苯乙酮在0.25 ~ 25.00 ?g/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),其平均加样回收率分别为95.40%和93.28%,RSD分别为3.71%和1.63%。本方法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,为白薇的质量标准研究提供了实验依据。

Abstract:

An HPLC method was established for assays of 4-hydroxyacetophenone and 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone in Cynanchum atratum Bge.. Analysis was carried out on ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm ? 250 mm, 5 mm) column with methanol-0.1% acetic acid (35:65), at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wave length was 275 nm. Linear correlations of 4-hydroxyacetophenone and 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone were good in the ranges of 1.04-104.00 ?g/mL (r=0.9999) and 0.25-25.00 ?g/mL (r=0.9999). The average recoveries were 95.40% and 93.28%, and RSD were 3.71% and 1.63%, respectively. This method was simple, accurate, reproducible, and suitable for the determination of C. atratum Bge.
