干酪乳杆菌JH-23中单胺氧化酶抑制剂的初步分离

摘要: 采用丙酮抽提法得到了干酪乳杆菌JH-23中具有抑制单胺氧化酶作用的无细胞提取物,并利用硅胶薄层色谱从中分离出4组活性片段,其中片段Ⅰ对单胺氧化酶的抑制效果最佳,反应浓度在120 ?g/mL时抑制率为55.4%。该活性片段经国家新药筛选中心确证有抑制单胺氧化酶的效果,具有潜在的抗衰老作用。

Abstract: Cell-free extracts derived from Lactobacillus casei JH-23,with monoamine oxidase inhibition,were obtained by acetone extraction method.Moreover,four active fractions from extracts were separated by silica thin layer chromatogram,among which the fraction I displayed the strongest monoamine oxidase inhibitory activity,with an inhibitory rate reached 55.4% at concentration of 120?g/mL.National Center for Drug Screening confirmed that the bioactive fraction was reliably inhibitory to monoamine oxidase and possessed potential anti-ageing effect.
