牛角瓜茎的化学成分研究

摘要: 从牛角瓜[Calotropis gigantea (L.) Dryand.]茎95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,经波谱分析及与文献数据对照鉴定其结构为:(3β,5α,14β,17α)-3,14-二羟基孕甾-20-酮 (1)、环氧松柏醇 (2)、丁香酸乙酯(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、没食子酸(5 )、4-O-乙基没食子酸( 6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、豆甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。其中化合物1~6为首次从牛角瓜中分离得到。

Abstract: Nine compounds were isolated from the alcohol extract of the vinestems of Calotropis gigantea (L.) Dryand.Their structures were elucidated as (3β, 5α, 14β, 17α)-3,14-dihydroxypregnan-20-one (1), epoxyconiferyl alcohol (2),syringic acid ethyl exter (3),protocatechuic acid (4),gallic acid (5 ), 4-O-ethylgallic acid (6), β-sitosterol (7), stigmasterol (8),daucoster (9) using physico-chemical proterties and spectroscopic data.Compounds 1~6 were isolated from C.gigantea for the first time.
