灵菊七脂溶性成分抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性及其成分分析

摘要: 体外测定了灵菊七石油醚萃取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用,并采用GC-MS联用仪分析灵菊七石油醚萃取物的化学成分。结果表明,灵菊七石油醚萃取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶有较好的抑制活性,浓度在5 mg/mL时,对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率为59.6%。经GC-MS分析从灵菊七石油醚萃取物中鉴定出17个化合物,占流出峰总面积的78.1%。石油醚萃取物中的萜类化合物可能是其抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的主要物质。

Abstract: The α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of petroleum ether extracts of Gynura medica was tested in vitro. The chemical components of the petroleum ether extracts of G.medica were analyzed by GC-MS.The results indicated that the petroleum ether extracts of G.medica had a very good inhibitory activity,the inhibitory rate was 59.6% with the concentration of 5 mg/mL.Seventeen compounds composed 78.1% of the total peaks were separated and identified.The main constituents of petroleum ether extracts that inhibitied α-glucosidase may be terpennoids.
