Chemical Constituents from Scrophularia ningpoensis

摘要: 采用硅胶柱色谱、反相柱色谱、凝胶LH-20柱色谱、制备液相色谱等方法从中药玄参中分离得到15个化合物,并结合波谱数据及理化性质对其进行结构鉴定,分别鉴定为:哈巴俄苷(1)、哈巴苷(2)、益母草苷A(3)、6-O-甲基梓醇(4)、京尼平苷(5)、6-O-α-L-鼠李糖基桃叶珊瑚苷(6)、ningpogenin(7),甘草素(8),邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(9),麦芽糖(10),熊果酸(11),丙三醇(12),5-羟甲基糠醛(13),胡萝卜苷(14)及β-谷甾醇(15)。其中化合物3、6、8、9、10、12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hems,the constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,chromatorex chromatography,Sephadex LH20 chromatography and preparative HPLC.On the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties,the structures of 15 known compounds were identified as:harpagoside (1),harpagide (2),ajugol (3),6-O-methycatalpol (4),geniposide (5),6-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosylaucubin (6),ningpogenin (7),liquiritigenin (8),di-2-ethyl hexyl phthalate (9),maltose (10),ursolic acid (11),glycerol (12),5-hydroxy methyl furfural(13),daucosterol (14) and β-sitosterol (15).Compound 3,6,8,9,10 and 12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
