葛内生真菌抑菌活性菌株的筛选及鉴定

Identification and Antimicrobial Activity of Endophytic Fungi from Pueraria lobata

摘要: 对药用植物葛的112株内生真菌进行抑菌活性的观察,结果显示:J5-2、J100-2、J31-3这3株菌对细菌及植物病原真菌具有较好的抑制作用,其中J100-2对苹果树腐烂病菌(Valsa mali)等5种植物病原真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,抗菌谱较广。通过形态学特征观察和rRNA基因ITS序列系统发育分析对J100-2进行鉴定,可知J100-2为半知菌门,球壳孢目,球壳孢科,茎点霉属,巨腔茎点霉(Phoma macrostoma)。

Abstract: A total of 112 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the medicinal plant Pueraria lobata,their antimicrobial activity were investigated.The results showed that endophytic fungi J5-2,J100-2 and J31-3 had remarkable antimicrobial activities to bacteria and plant pathogenic fungi.J100-2 had varying degrees of antimicrobial activities against 5 plant pathogenic fungi including Valsa mali. It showed that J100-2 had a wide antimicrobial spectrum.J100-2 was identified by its morphological features and phylogenetic analysis based on internal transcribed spacer of rRNA gene sequence comparison.Fungal morphological and molecular identification demonstrated that J100-2 represented Phoma macrostoma.
