摘要: 本实验研究了阳春砂多糖(AVP)及其纯化组分的抗氧化活性,首先采用DEAE-纤维素-52离子交换柱分级洗脱阳春砂粗多糖,再采用Sephadex G-100葡聚糖凝胶色谱柱进一步纯化得到纯化多糖;分别采用超氧阴离子自由基体系、羟基自由基体系、1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼自由基体系,对阳春砂多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究,并以维生素C为阳性对照物,实验结果表明阳春砂粗多糖及纯化组分对超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基、1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼自由基均有较强的清除能力,AVP-3体外抗氧化活性最强。

Abstract: In the present study,the antioxidant activities of Amomum villosum polysaccharide (AVP) and its purified product were investigated.The crude AVP was purified by DEAE-cellulose-52 ion exchange column chromatography and further purified through a Sephadex G-100 column.The antioxidant activities of AVP and its purified fractions were then tested using superoxide anion radical system,hydroxyl radical system,1,1-diphenyl picrylhydrazyl radical system with vitamin C as a positive control.The results showed that AVP and its purified fractions showed strong scavenging ability on superoxide anion free radicals,hydroxyl radical and 1,1-diphenyl picrylhydrazyl radical,in which AVP-3 showed the strongest antioxidant activity.
