毛尖茶叶多糖及其结合物的抗氧化活性研究

Study on the Antioxidant Activity of Maojian Tea Polysaccharides and Its Conjugate

摘要: 本研究对毛尖茶叶多糖及其结合物的抗氧化和清除自由基活性开展了研究。采用水提醇沉法提取毛尖茶叶多糖,经除蛋白和纯化后得到精制多糖(MP),将MP在三氟乙酸条件下水解完全,经C18柱层析分离后得到水洗脱部分(MP-HCW)和甲醇洗脱部分(MP-HCM),利用DPPH法和普鲁士蓝法测定MP、MP-HCM和MP-HCW的清除自由基和抗氧化能力。结果显示MP、MP-HCM和MP-HCW的DPPH自由基清除率分别为28.99%、13.1%、23.2%;还原力指数分别为0.044、0.015、0.029。实验证明毛尖茶叶多糖及其结合物均有较强药理作用,具有清除自由基和抗氧化活性。

Abstract: The antioxidant activity and free radical clearing function of Maojian tea polysaccharides and its conjugate were investigated.The polysaccharides (MP) were extracted and purified from Maojian Tea by common methods including Sevag and acetone treatment.MP was hydrolyzed completely in TFA and the hydrolysates were separated into two parts (MP-HCM and MP-HCW) by C18 chromatographic treatment.The antioxidant activity and free radical clearing function of MP,MP-HCM and MP-HCW were studied by DPPH method and Prussian Blue method.The results showed that the DPPH radical scavenging rates of MP,MP-HCM and MP-HCW were 28.99%,13.1% and 23.2%,respectively.The deoxidization indexes of were 0.044,0.015 and 0.029,respectively.The presented results confirmed both Maojian tea polysaccharides and its conjugates had capacity of eliminating DPPH radicals and had antioxidant activity.
