市售提纯蜂胶中黄酮含量测定及其聚类分析

The Content and Cluster Analysis of Flavonoids in Purified Propolis from Market

摘要: 采用液相色谱法测定了175个市售提纯蜂胶样品中芦丁、杨梅酮、槲皮素、莰菲醇、芹菜素、松属素、苛因和高良姜素等8种黄酮的含量,并用SPSS软件对175个提纯蜂胶中莰菲醇、芹菜素、松属素、苛因和高良姜素等5种黄酮化合物含量进行聚类分析,将这些提纯蜂胶样品聚成5类,结果表明这5种黄酮化合物的含量可以用于市场提纯蜂胶的分类。

Abstract: The contents of eight flavonoids such as rutin,myrocin,quercetin,kaempferol,apigin,pinocembin,chrysin and galangin in purification propolis samples were determined by liquid chromatography,and cluster analysis of SPSS was applied to study the content of kaempferol,apigin,pinocembin,chrysin and galangin in purification propolis samples.The results of cluster analysis showed that samples could be classfied into five groups,and the contents of the 5 kinds of flavonoids could be used for classification of purified propolis in market.
