摘要: 研究大蒜素联合阿霉素诱导胃癌SGC-7901细胞凋亡的作用。台盼蓝拒染法检测细胞增殖活性,通过光镜、荧光显微镜、透射电镜、DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳、流式细胞术控测不同浓度的大蒜素和阿霉素单独及联合作用对SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响。结果表明,大蒜素与阿霉素联合作用可增强诱导细胞凋亡。

Abstract: To evaluate the anti-tumor effect of Allicin combining with ADM on the human gastric cancer cells line SGC-7901.The apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells induced by different concentrations of allicin and ADM was applied alone or together,to gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 was analyzed by visible light,fluorescence and transmission electron microscope(TEM),agrose gel electrophoresis of DNA;Distribution of cell apoptosis was analyzed using flow cytometry.The reault show that Comparred with the control,allicin and ADM and significantly inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells.The combination of allicin and ADM was found to be more effective in inhibiting growth.
