桔梗方提取液喷雾干燥工艺优选

Optimization of Spray-drying Process for Compound Platycodon grandiflorum Extract

摘要: 本文采用喷雾干燥法优化桔梗方提取液的喷雾干燥工艺条件。以喷干粉物料状态、出粉率和含水率为指标,通过单因素试验确定喷雾干燥影响因素;以喷干粉出粉率、桔梗总皂苷含量和含水率为指标,选取进料量、进风口温度、空气流量为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选桔梗方提取液的喷雾干燥工艺。结果表明,优选的喷雾干燥工艺为进料量25%,进风口温度180 ℃,空气流量700 H/L,提取液相对密度1.07(25 ℃)。该优选工艺合理、稳定,可为桔梗方的工业化生产提供实验依据。

Abstract: To optimize spray-drying conditions of compound Platycodon grandiflorums extract.With Spray powder material status,flour yield and moisture content as index, factors affecting spray drying were investigated by single factor test.With composite score of flour yield,content of total saponins of platycodon grandiflorums and moisture content as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize spray-drying process with feeding quantity,inlet air temperature and air flow as factors.The optimal conditions were determined as follows:feeding quantity 25%,inlet air temperature 180 ℃,air flow 700 H/L and relative density 1.07 (25 ℃).The optimized sparydrying process was stable and feasible,it can be used as reference for industrial production.
