摘要: 本文主要介绍了蛋白性半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制因子(CPIs),并特别对第一类群(即Cystatins超家族)的结构特征、抑制机制及其多种活性、功能进行了概述;在此基础上,进一步对各种鱼类来源CPIs的纯化、鉴定现状及其在鱼类发育保护、免疫调节、肿瘤抑制及抑菌等方面的潜在活性、功能做以系统的综述,并展望了鱼类CPIs的可能应用前景。

Abstract: This paper mainly overviewed cysteine proteinase inhibitors (CPIs),summarized the structural feature,inhibition mechanism as well as various activities and functions of the first group (Cystatins superfamily) of CPIs.In addition,a systematic review about the purification and characterization of CPIs from fish were presented.The potential activities and functions of fish CPIs in respect of development protection,immunoregulation,tumor inhibition and antibacterial action were summarized.Finally,the possible applications of fish CPIs were expected.
