青枣核果木枝叶化学成分研究

摘要: 为了研究青枣核果木(Drypetes cumingii)枝叶化学成分,采用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。从青枣核果木枝叶石油醚及乙酸乙酯提取物中,分离鉴定了9个化合物分别为:硬脂酸(1)、豆甾醇硬脂酸酯(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、α-香树精(4)、6-甲基-1-癸醇(5)、friedelan-28-ol(6)、木栓酮(7)、3-氧代-23-降甲基-木栓烷(8)、木栓-7-酮(9)。化合物5和6为首次从核果木属植物中分离得到,化合物1~4、7、8均为首次从青枣核果木中分离得到。

Abstract: Chemical constituents of Drypetes cumingii were isolated through various chromatographic techniques and their structures were identified by spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with those reported in the literatures.Nine compounds were obtained from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts.Their structures were identified as steraric acid (1),stigmasterol (2), β-sitosterol(3),α-amyrin(4),6-methyl-1-decanol(5),friedelan-28-ol(6),friedelin(7),4-β-hydroxy-23-nor-friedel-3-one(8),friedelan-7-one(9).Component 5 and 6 were isolated for the first time from Drypetes, and compounds 1-4,7 and 8 were isolated from D.cumingii for the first time.
