紫苜蓿的提取及挥发性和半挥发性成分分析

摘要: 本文通过正交试验对紫苜蓿提取物的制备方法进行了研究,通过GC-MS分析了紫苜蓿提取物的挥发性及半挥发性成分。结果表明,紫苜蓿提取物的最佳制备工艺为:提取溶剂为75%的乙醇、料液比为1:6、提取3次、每次提取2h,提取得率为100.5%。所制备的紫苜蓿提取物的挥发性及半挥发性成分主要有:糠醛、芳樟醇、二氢猕猴桃内酯、棕榈酸、亚油酸等,紫苜蓿提取物是一种香气独特略带凉茶味的天然香原料。

Abstract: At this work,orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the method of alfalfa extracting,and GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile and semi-volatile compounds of alfalfa extract.The research results showed that the optimal extract conditions were obtained as follows:using 75% ethanol as extractor with the ratio of material to liquid at 1:6 and repeat extracting three times for two hours each time,under which the extraction rate was 100.5%.The main content of volatile and semi-volatile compounds in alfalfa extract were analyzed by GC-MS as follows:Furfural,Linalool,Dihydroactinidiolide,Palmitic acid,Oleic acid.Alfalfa extract is a kind of Natural raw fragrance materials with special herbal tea odour.
