栽培年限对亳芍多酚类物质积累的影响研究

摘要: 为了探讨栽培年限对亳芍多酚类物质积累的影响,为亳芍规范化栽培、品质控制及临床用药提供依据,实验以栽培1~7年的亳芍为材料,利用TLC及HPLC技术结合多酚的沉淀敲出结果确定乙醇提取物中的多酚类组分。在此基础上,采用Lanbo Service 4000高效液相色谱仪、Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)、甲醇-1%乙酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长280 nm,柱温30 ℃,分析不同栽培年限亳芍多酚含量的差异。在亳芍乙醇提取物中共检测出5种多酚类物质,不同栽培年限的亳芍,多酚的种类保持相对稳定,但含量不同。栽培年限对亳芍多酚积累有明显的影响。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of cultivation ages on the accumulation of polyphenols in Bozhou Peony Paeonia lactiflora and provide references for the standardized cultivation and quality evaluation of Bozhou Peony,A HPLC-DAD method was established for analyzing the polyphenols in different years old Bozhou Peony Paeonia lactiflora. The separation was performed on a Lanbo service 4000 and waters Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃ with a gradient elution of methanol and 1% acetic acid as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Five polyphenols were checked in Bozhou peony with different plant years while the contents and ratio of different polyphenols were obviously different.The accumulation patterns of different kinds of polyphenols were noticeably effected on by their cultivation ages.
