蛇莓不同极性提取物体外抗肿瘤活性研究

Anti-tumor Activity of Different Polar Extracts from Indian Mockstrawberry Herb

摘要: 本文以蛇莓为研究对象,以不用极性的有机溶剂提取蛇莓中不同的活性成分,通过对各提取物肿瘤细胞的细胞药效学评价,初步了解蛇莓不同极性成分抗肿瘤作用的情况,为进一步开发利用蛇莓资源提供科学依据。实验采用MTT法对蛇莓石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物进行细胞毒性研究。以细胞增殖抑制率为指标,探讨了蛇莓不同极性溶剂提取物对Hela、HepG2以及MCF-7细胞系的增殖抑制作用及细胞形态学的影响。结果表明,三种不同极性溶剂提取物抗肿瘤作用从强到弱依次为石油醚部分>乙酸乙酯部分>正丁醇部分,而三种溶剂的极性从大到小依次为正丁醇>乙酸乙酯>石油醚。结果显示蛇莓中极性较小的组分对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用较强。

Abstract: In this study,we aimed on the extracts of Indian Mockstrawberry Herb.Organic solvents of various polarities (Petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and butanol) were used to extract the different components in the herb.The in vitro cytotoxicity of the extracts was evaluated by MTT assay to obtain a scientific basis for the further exploitation and application.IC50 was used as evaluation criteria.The result showed that the extracts could significantly inhibited the growth of the cells of Hela,HepG2 and MCF-7. And as the polarity of organic solvents used reduced,the anti-tumor activity of the corresponding extract increased obviously.The sequence of anti-tumor activity,from strong to week,was petroleum ether section,ethyl acetate section and butanol section.And the sequence of the three solvents,also from strong to week,was butanol,ethyl acetate and ether.In conclusion,the component of Duchesnea indica herb with high polarity possesses a superior anti-tumor activity ageist tumor cells.
