摘要: 桃[Prunus persica (L.) Batsch]富含酚类物质,目前已鉴定70余种,包括:羟基肉桂酸、黄烷醇、黄酮醇及其糖苷、花青苷、羟基苯甲酸和黄烷酮等。关于桃酚类物质生物活性报道较多的有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、减轻化疗引起的肝损伤、抑菌、消炎、抗糖尿病等。本文对桃酚类物质化学成分,分布和生物活性研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Peach [Prunus persica (L.) Batsch] is rich in phenolic compounds.So far,more than 70 phenolic compounds have been identified in peach,including hydroxycinnamic acids,flavanols,flavonols and their glycosides,anthocyanins,hydroxybenzoic acids,and flavanones, etc.The phenolic-rich peach extracts showed various bioactivities such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-aging,attenuating chemotherapy-induced hepatotoxicity,anti-microbial,anti-inflammatory,anti-diabetes effect, etc.In this paper,compositions,distribution and bioactivities of phenolic compounds in peach are reviewed.
