摘要: 综述了金针菇多糖结构、提取工艺、以及金针菇的生物活性。并对金针菇研多糖的研究方向进行展望。

Abstract: The structure of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide,optimum extraction process,pharmacological activity and bioactivity were summarized.The future development of F.velutipe polysaccharides was prospected.
