Abstract: The objective of this study was to identify the main components of Thlaspi arvense L.by LC-ESI-MS/MS.The separation was performed on Thermo Scientific Syncronis C18 column (150mm×2.1mm,3 μm),with a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid in water (A) and acetonitrile (B) for gradient elution. The analysis was performed in positive and negative ion mode using full scan mode with ESI source.Ten glucosinolates and eleven organic acids were well separated and identified from the extracts of T.arvense.9 glucosinolates were identified for the first time from T.arvense including six pairs of structural isomers. The new method was accurate, rapid and effective. It laid the foundation for further research of T.arvense.
