Review on Polyphenol Components from Medicinal Fungi “Sanghuang” and Their Biological Activity

Abstract: Members of “Sanghuang” are well-known medicinal fungi and have been used in treatment of disease and strengthening humoral immune function. In this review,the taxonomic status,polyphenol components and biological activitys from medicinal fungi “Sanghuang” were described,in order to provide a source of reference for research on these mushrooms.
