Abstract: To increase the use of Ligusticum chuanxiong hort, the author identified an endophytic fungus Cladosporium sp.IS384 from Ligusticum chuanxiong hort and studied its secondary metabolites for the first time..Four compounds were first isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth by silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin-layer chromatography and recrystallization, using modern spectroscopic techniques, and literature.Their structures were identified as cladospolide B (1),iso-cladospolide B (2),ergosterol (3),and stachydrine (4).the antibacterial experiments on the extraction site and monomer compounds showed that the MIC value of the ethyl acetate site to Streptococcus faecalis ATCC 29212 reached 3.91 μg/mL,the MIC value of Compound 1 against ATCC 29212 was 0.31 μg/mL,and the MIC value of Compound 2 against ATCC 12228 was 0.63 μg/mL.In this paper,we found substance with certain antibacterial activity through the study of endophytic fungi in Ligusticum chuanxiong, which provides a good theoretical basis for the subsequent endophytic fungi research.
