Abstract: In order to evaluate the quality in Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa folium from Taihang Mountain of Southern Hebei Province, the chemical compositions were analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS).Waters BEH Amide(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)chromatographic column and the G2 Q-TOF spectrometer were used to analyze the extract sample. The mobile phases used were acetonitrile and 0.5% formic acid in water. The analysis was conducted at a flow rate was 0.20 mL/min and detection wavelength of 340 nm.The column temperature was kept at 40 ℃.The ESI-MS positive and negative molecular ion peaks, product ions, the retention time and together with the references were used to tentatively identify the chemical constituents. The results indicated that 53 metabolites from ethanol extract of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa folium were identified, including 10 flavones,14 terpenoid saponins,13 triterpenoids,3 alkaloids,13 fatty acids and organic acids. This method is rapid, sensitive, which can provide the reference for evaluation of the quality of the Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa folium and clarifying the material basis.
