Abstract:

The nucleotides in submerged fermentation preparations of 19 Cordyceps strains were analyzed by using HPLC. The results showed that the nucleotides in mycelia were complicated and their contents in various strains were significant difference. Cordycepin was the main peak in liquid medium, and the yield of cordycepin in liquid was about 40 times higher than it in the mycelium. One strain with high cordycepin content was screened out, and the content of cordycepin in the liquid was up to 366 mg/L.
